The "before" post

From Monday 16th March I will be following a ten week "fat 2 fit" training and nutrition plan as specified by Dave Smith of Flow Fitness. I want to lose weight and get fitter, partly because I'm doing a 24 hour mountain bike race in June, and partly because I'm fat, and not fit enough.  I'll blog my progress from Monday, but as this is my last weekend off for a while I'm currently drinking beer, eating shite and slobbing out. Burp.
